When you check in, a Rolling Thru Vermont representative will be there to facilitate the process and make sure everything goes smoothly.  You’ll receive your Rolling Thru Vermont package, with credentials, route maps (in case you decide to ride on your own), a tour shirt, and several goodies.

Once you’re settled, come and join us at the Rolling Thru Vermont Welcome Dinner, held in the Sunset Ballroom, with sunset views of Lake Champlain and New York’s Adirondack Mountains.  Included in your package, it’s quite an Italian meal, including a choice of meat lasagna, pasta primavera, antipasta, garlic breadsticks, VT cheese and crackers, and more.  It’s a perfect time to make new friends as well as meet your tour guides, and hear about the highlights of the upcoming adve

Saturday Itinerary – Green Mountain Touring, Covered Bridges, and Lake Side Views – 165 miles:

After a good night’s rest, a full breakfast directly at your hotel (included in your package), and a brief review of the day’s ride with your guides, we’ll all depart from the one large parking lot.  Within minutes, you’ll be enjoying the scenery that abounds.
You’ll wind your way along the foot of the High Gaps of Vermont, where we’ll guide you through quintessential Vermont.  Smooth, winding pavement leads you into the beautiful Green Mountain range, followed by gliding down into lush green valleys dotted with church steeples, covered bridges, and quaint villages.

The lunch we’ve arranged for you (included in your package) matches your stunning 5-1morning of riding:  You’ll dine at a grand resort, sitting on the shores of Lake Champlain.  This lodge, run by the same family since 1866, provides a stunning lunch with a stunning environment.

Following lunch, you’ll ride through Vermont’s pastoral lands, arriving back in Burlington in the early afternoon.  [There are optional unguided tours available Saturday afternoon for nearby, and worth-seeing, mountain top views and museums.]

Burlington is a gem of a small city, often ranked among the best small cities in the U.S., and you’re going to see why.  That evening, we encourage you to wander the award winning waterfront, and explore the pedestrian streets lined with cafes, boutique shops, bistros and restaurants.  It’s a wonderful way to spend several hours, and gives you a moment to yourself.  You’ll be on your own, but we’ll provide you a map of attractions you won’t want to miss, and as always, we’ll be nearby should you need us.

Sunday Itinerary Fantastic Touring, Mountain Lodge Lunch, and Sunset Dinner Cruise on Lake Champlain – 170 miles:
