September 24-27, 2015
We’d heard rumors of fantastic southern Pennsylvania roads offering a wonderful mixture of winding routes into the Allegheny Mountains, followed by meandering rural rides through lush farmland.
We knew of many state and national parks whose roads were highly regarded, and whose history was second to none. We knew that this state has more wooden covered bridges than Vermont(!), and was home to some of the nation’s finest and most exclusive resorts. Last year, we took a look and loved what we found. For 2015, it’s even BETTER.
You’ll stay in one of the nicest hotels RTA has ever offered, in one of the most historic towns in the U.S. You’ll be moved by your guided visit to the famed Gettysburg battlefields. You’ll eat like kings and queens at a stunning 1888 mansion and at a unique 5 star resort famous for its rejuvenating mineral springs. You’ll experience unparalleled beauty and wonderful relaxed riding in the company of friendly fellow motorcyclists.
Don’t miss this once-in-a-lifetime tour. It sold out quickly last year, so we urge you to act soon.

This stunning route is one of THE best routes in the entire state; it’s why we ride.
After looping through the mountains, get ready for an exquisite lunch buffet and the
presidential treatment. Your lunch destination has hosted 10 US Presidents, plus countless celebrities and dignitaries from around the world! For more than 200 years, the eight mineral springs located on the resort’s property served as an important gathering place, and when we toured the property we were struck by its beauty. We’re not sure which will be more incredible, the meal, or the grounds surrounding the resort. Either way, this will be one memorable meal.
